These terms govern your use of datasignalbase.digital and consulting engagements with Datasignalbase (“we”, “us”), located at 199/42 Soi Onnuch 70, Sukhumvit Road, Praves, Bangkok, 10250, Thailand.

Services

We provide notification timing analytics consulting—including audits, send-window studies, quiet-hours calibration, cadence experiment design, and retainers. Deliverables and timelines are defined in a written proposal or statement of work. This website does not process payments or create a binding purchase by itself.

Engagements

Work begins after both parties confirm scope in writing and any agreed deposit is received through an offline invoice method. You agree to provide timely access to the notification logs, schedules, and stakeholders required for the engagement.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for decisions made with our recommendations, for complying with applicable messaging and privacy laws, and for configuring your own tools. We do not operate your production notification systems unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a license to use the deliverables internally. Our methods, templates, and preexisting materials remain ours. You may not resell our reports as a competing service.

Website use

You may browse this site for information about our practice. Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from notification performance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless we agree otherwise in writing.
