Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility overview

Fees cover professional time and preparation. Refunds depend on when you cancel relative to the scheduled start and how much work has already begun. This site does not sell physical goods, software licenses, or self-serve subscriptions.

Deposits

Audits scheduled for more than ten business days may require a deposit stated in the proposal (typically 30% of the quoted fee). Clinics and shorter reviews are usually invoiced in full before the session date. Deposits secure analyst calendar time.

Cancellation by the client

• More than 10 business days before the agreed start: full refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party meeting-room costs already booked at your request.
• 5–10 business days before start: 50% refund of fees paid for that engagement.
• Fewer than 5 business days before start, or after kickoff materials have been delivered: no refund of the deposit; remaining prepaid fees may be credited toward a reschedule within 90 days at our discretion.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least five business days before start, subject to analyst availability. Later reschedule requests may incur a ฿4,000 administrative fee or be treated as a cancellation under the tiers above.

No-shows

If your team does not attend a scheduled clinic or readout without notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We will offer one makeup slot within 30 days when capacity allows; makeup slots are not guaranteed.

Work already started

Once path mapping or document review has begun, fees covering completed stages are non-refundable. Partial refunds, if any, apply only to unused later stages listed in the statement of work.

Materials and access

Costs for meeting rooms you asked us to book, or paid data extracts from your vendors, are non-refundable once incurred. We do not purchase product licenses on your behalf as part of standard engagements.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@datasignalbase.digital with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the corporate account on the invoice.

Exceptions

If Datasignalbase cancels an engagement for reasons other than client breach, you may choose a full refund or a new date. Force majeure events may delay delivery without creating automatic refund rights beyond unused prepaid stages.
