Refund Policy

This policy applies to consulting engagements sold by Datasignalbase for notification timing analytics (audits, studies, calibration, experiment design, and retainers). We do not sell physical products, software licenses, or self-serve subscriptions on this website.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered only for fees paid toward a confirmed engagement under a written proposal or invoice. Informational pricing on this site is not a charge.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests made at least five business days before a scheduled kickoff workshop or start date are eligible for a full refund of prepaid fees for work not yet started, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in advance.

Full and partial refunds

  • Full refund: When we cancel an engagement, or when you cancel before work starts within the timeframe above.
  • Partial refund: If work has begun, we refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent on inventory, analysis, or facilitation at the rates in your statement of work.

Non-refundable items

  • Completed deliverables already delivered to you (final reports, policies, experiment briefs).
  • Facilitated sessions that occurred as scheduled.
  • Retainer months that have already started, unless we fail to deliver the agreed monthly memo and briefing without a makeup plan.
  • Deposits marked as non-refundable in your proposal when reserved capacity was held for you.

Work already started

Once we have accessed your materials or held a kickoff, fees for hours completed are due. Materials purchased specifically for your engagement (for example paid data extracts you requested) are billed at cost and are non-refundable after purchase.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a workshop once without fee if you give at least three business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a reschedule fee equal to 15% of the session fee. No-shows for scheduled briefings without notice forfeit that session’s fee.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@datasignalbase.digital with your invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
